BTZ accept cancellation order before the product is shipped. If the order is canceled, you will be fully refunded. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already ship out.

To be eligible for the replacement; products must be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase and must be returned in original packaging / boxes, unworn and unopened packaging. and we reserve the right to pursue actions that affect secondary sales.

Cost of returning will be fully borne by your side and please avoid using standard mail.  Once we have received the returned item, we will proceed to exchange the items you desire either the same value or higher. Any differences in the price, payment shall be made first before sending out.

If the replacement is unavailable, you may request for a refund but please allow 7 working days to process.

If you find some pieces missing or damaged (due to shipping or manufacturing issues), do not worry and please contact us ASAP and after that, we can send to you.  All you need to do is by taking photos / videos from the manual book and state the quantity of pieces which need to be claim.  Delivery fee for the claiming will be fully borne by your side. 

BTZ have the right to amend the Return and refund Policy without further notice.
